Our technician performed a spot repair in front of the home. We had to manually excavate and dig down to reach a broken section of pipe. The technician then excavated a 4×4 hole to reach the pipe. We repaired the broken section of the pipe and installed a new clean out for the home. All work comes with warranty.

Technician was called out to install a new water filtration system for a kitchen sink – first turned off the angle stops then connected the system to the new faucet. Once connected technician inspected to make sure their were no leaks around the units. Tech then relocated the laundry lines for incoming water and drain water. We also moved the sub pump that was underneath the vanity next to the laundry machine. Technician then moved the drain line according to the new location of sub pump. Finally he tested out the the sub pump for leaks and made sure the unit was still fully functional. All work comes with warranty.

Team Rooter hand excavated the water main from the meter to house. Technician installed scheduled 40 pvc and scheduled 40 pvc fittings for the new water main. We also installed a tracer wire for new water main – for future pipe location. Technician them installed a  1 1/2” pvc water main and a new pressure reducing valve. After running 250 ft of 1 1/2 scheduled 40 pvc pipe, we then pressurized water line and found no leaks. All work comes with warranty.

Sewer Line Repair

Team Rooter technician went out to replace the water main from the meter to house with 1-inch copper piping. Tech had to saw cut and jackhammer into the driveway to excavate and install new copper pipes for the water main. Installed new shut off valves for the house, new shut off for irrigation, and a new shutoff valve for water main.  Tech also embedded pipes with sand under, above and insulated the pipes. We backfilled soil into the concrete and poured concrete patch.  Sand was added underneath and on top of the buried copper under the driveway. Work included all parts, labor, replacement of concrete patching with 15-year warranty.

Storm drain was replaced with ABS pipes tunneling under the concrete and changed out the tree. Hydrojetted the storm drains and ran the camera afterwards to make sure the lines were cleared. Team Rooter technician went out for a Main Line that was backing up. Tech had found a leak underneath the house. Tech trenched the mainline sewer in the front of the yard from where the mainline exists to the foundation of the home to the property line before the sidewalk. Once the mainline was exposed from all the dirt we cut out the old pipes and replaced it with abs plastic. Once the new connection was set, we ran another camera inspection to make sure the rest of the line was cleared. Work comes with all parts and labor and a 15 year warranty.
