Team Rooter technician came out for sewer backup. Tech had to saw cut and jack hammer the asphalt and excavated approximately 3-4 feet deep. Tech replaced the damaged clay pipe and performed a pipe burst method and replaced about 90ft. We installed polyethylene pipes. Tech had to make a repair on the broken clay pipe. Tech wart-hogged the 6 inch clay pipe and eliminated all the roots and the debris in the lines. After line was prepped, we inverted a transition shot and sealed all breaks and cracks in the clay pipe. We ran a camera and inspected the rest of the sewer line. Work comes with 25 year warranty.

Team Rooter technician went out for a back up in the clean out that was overflowing. Tech had to hydrojet the mainline clean out by the side of the house. Tech had to dig a 4×4 hole under the concrete by the driveway to expose the clean out. Tech had to saw cut and jackhammer and broke the concrete to dig down to the pipes. Tech had to do a pipe burst method for approximately 50 feet of the pipes. Tech had to cut and replace all the broken sections of the pipes and replaced it with new abs pipes. Once everything was replaced,  we ran a camera to inspect the rest of the line. Work comes with 25 year warranty.

Technician had to trench about 40-50 feet through the garden to run and sloped the 6 inch drain pipe and also did a 12 feet spot repair and ran the drain pipe under the wall. Tech also installed a 60×5 sidewalk on the back end of the property and ran drain pipe under the sidewalk that is directly to the street. Job included all building and safety permits.
