The source was quickly identified: a broken section of the main water line in front of the home, with water actively spraying from the damaged area. Before any digging began, our technician surveyed carefully. The broken main line had several sprinkler lines sitting directly on top of it — very common in Southern California homes. Those sprinkler connections would need to be removed and rebuilt to properly access the repair zone.

No family should go without water. Before completing the full excavation, our technician established a temporary water connection at the property — restoring running water to the home the same day we arrived.

With the temporary supply in place, the team excavated the sprinkler valve manifold section. Each sprinkler connection crossing the main line was carefully cut out and set aside, opening full access to the broken section for a proper, long-lasting repair.

The compromised section of main water line was removed and replaced with new, code-compliant materials — properly fitted and sealed. Built to last and pass any future inspection across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange County.

Once the main line was solid, our technician fully rebuilt the sprinkler lines — reconnecting each valve, resetting all connections, and running a complete leak test across every joint. Zero leaks. The irrigation system was left fully operational.
