Recently, our plumbing team completed a trenchless pipe repair on the main sewer line of a property. The project involved creating three access points within the property to address the issue.

Our first task was to open an access point at the location of the cleanout. This required us to carefully remove a section of the cement walkway, ensuring that we could replace it after completing the job. The second access point was in the middle of the driveway. Here, we removed a 4×4 section of the surface and dug about 4 feet deep to reach the sewer line, specifically at the points where it turned at 90 and 45 degrees.

The third access point was near the sidewalk and driveway. We opened up another 4×4 section and dug down approximately 5 to 6 feet to access the clay pipe. Once we exposed all three areas, our team performed a 58-foot pipe bursting operation on a 4-inch section of the sewer line. This advanced method involved breaking and expanding the old sewer line while simultaneously installing a new, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe.

After pulling the new pipe into place, we made connections using ABS plastic and fittings. We also added a new cleanout for easier maintenance in the future. To ensure the quality of our work, we conducted a camera inspection of the new pipeline. This project demonstrated our commitment to efficient, minimally invasive plumbing solutions, providing long-lasting results for the property.

Three years ago they repaired my sewer line with trenchless sewer pipe replacement.  Last weekend the sewer backup to bathroom again. Called their customer service, unfortunately all the serviceman are out at the time, I got a local plumber came right way to clean out the blockage.  Next day called Team Rooter reported the problem, a supervisor discuss the situation with me by phone and offered sending a technician to site to investigate.  Mr. James Craig came with Cam Video the next day found tree roots break into pipe through a coupler.  He immediately authorized a repair job: to break the concrete, dig 3 ft down to reach and replace the broken pipe coupler.  Two men crew showed up next day completed the job which could value of thousands dollars but all under warranty.  A special thanks to Mr. James Craig, his is knowledgeable and friendly. In our recent project, we successfully tackled a challenging task: fixing a 60-foot long section of the main sewer line made of clay, which ran beneath a driveway. The pipe had issues like breaks, shifts, and roots growing into it. Our solution was a trenchless pipe repair, known as pipe bursting.

To start, we had to create two 4×4 foot access points. The first one was right under the asphalt of the driveway. We used saws and jackhammers to cut through the asphalt and then dug 3 1/2 feet down to reach the pipe. The second point was in the front yard, near the main gate and the property line. This one was deeper, about 6 feet.

Safety was a top priority, so we brought all the necessary safety equipment to the site. Once we prepared the holes, we used a special hydraulic machine for the pipe bursting process. This machine pulled a new pipe into place, replacing the old one without the need to dig up the entire sewer line under the driveway.

We used high-quality ABS plastic pipes and RC shielded bands for the connections, as required by city regulations. To ensure everything was working perfectly, we ran water through the new system to check for leaks. After confirming there were no issues, we filled the holes back in and compacted the soil for stability. Where we had removed asphalt, we replaced it with concrete.

The entire project, from start to finish, took us 4 to 5 days. We’re proud to offer a 25-year warranty on this repair. Plus, the customer benefited from a 20% discount on the original price. This project not only solved the immediate problem but also ensured long-lasting, reliable sewer service for the property.

Technician pulled out the toilet in left bathroom to gain access to mainline sewer line and ran a cable from the closet bend to clear the blockage. Our team then dug approximately 4ft down into the flowerbed to expose the main line. Team performed a pipe repair with abs plastic and installed a two way clean-out to access the main sewer line. We then hydrojetted the main line to make sure everything was working properly.

Sewer Line Repair

Technician replaced 15 feet of cast iron pipe underneath the home that leads out of the foundation of home. We will need to dig a 3×3 hole outside of the front of the house to gain access of pipe that is inside the foundation. We trenched 35 feet of clay pipe in the front yard due to pipe not having enough slope to do the pipe burst. Once all dirt was excavated,  we installed new abs pipe and a clean out in front of home. We then performed the liner method for the clay pipe going towards the street.
