Team Rooter technician went out for Main Line back up water overflowing in the clean out. Technician had to perform a pipe burst and replaced all the old sewer mainline on the property. Tech determined that the line was broken in multiple sections and many roots that were intruding the line. Tech had to dug two additional holes one at the property line and one in front of the house. Pipe burst was approximately 60 feet long. Tech installed a hydraulic equipment and performed the task at the property line. Tech had to perform a line going towards the street and liner went from the property line to the saddle connection. Ran camera to make sure the line is clear at the end. All work comes with 25 year warranty. All parts and labor included.

Tech had to wart hog the pipe upstream and eliminated all the roots and debris. Tech had to invert up the abs upstream to seal the clay pipe once the line was prepped. Tech ran camera and hydrojetter and cleaned the line after snake was not able to clean mainline that was in front of the water heater. Work comes with 25 year warranty. All parts and labor included.

Tech had to go up the foundation under the crawl space and excavated the main line up and replaced it. Tech installed a clean out to the exterior of the house and hydro jetted it to clean the main line. Tech had to wart hog with 4 inch clay pipe and eliminated the roots and debris. Once they prepped the line, they invented the liner to seal all the breaks and cracks. We ran camera to inspect the rest of the sewer up to city lateral. Work comes with 25 year warranty. Team Rooter technician went out to install a clean out for future maintenance. Tech also performed a re-drain under the home and replaced two full restrooms, laundry, and kitchen drain lines. Tech replaced all horizontal pipes underneath the home. He had to break about 7 feet approximately of concrete replaced in front of the steps. Tech had to undermine in front of the steps and replaced the cast iron underneath. We did an inspection after to inspect going downstream. We also performed a trenchless pipe burst and had to pull permits for the job for the pipe burst sewer replacement. Work comes with 25 year warranty and includes all parts and labor.

Tech had to remove the trees in the area to create access and dug down to pipe area. Tech had to perform two additional holes and performed a pipe burst method and reapplied the sewer line of property. First hole was at the clean out and second was at the property line. Tech replaced 50 feet of pipes with trenchless method. Tech had camera after to see how the line looks and ran warthog to cut out the roots. Work comes with 25 year warranty.
