Trenchless Sewer Replacement

Technician replaced sewer main under the house and horizontal secondary drains for toilet tub bathroom sink, kitchen, and section of the laundry. Canceled drain system for stand up shower since it’s no longer in use. Work included clean out point stubbed out from cross space. Opened section of stucco to change section in the wall for the laundry with trap. Also the technician dug pothole in front of the house to install clean out and test plug for inspection. In addition Team Rooter replaced sewer main on front yard from exit of foundation to property line will need to dig additional pothole at property line to replace sewer main by using trenchless system. Cost includes all parts labor permits, inspection with a 25 yr warranty. Also gave the customer a 10% for 1st time customer discount.

We needed to remove toilet to clear stoppage. After stoppage was cleared we put in a camera and inspected to find 3’ sewer main under concrete patio was severely root damaged. Customer decided he wants a permanent solution to resolve his problem. So our rooter specialist technician excavated 2 potholes and used pipe burst system to replace damaged sewer work. This job included all parts and  labor with 25 year warranty.

Trenchless Sewer Line Replacement

This mainline sewer damage presented a challenge for our homeowner as the property was located on a hill and the drain traveled through 50ft of backyard sloped at a 45 degree angle. It also had many roots and displaced clay pipes inside.  You can check out the video below.

Our expert plumbers assessed the situation and given the slope and the character of the landscape chose to use the trenchless pipe burst method.  With this method we dig holes at two or three places on the property and run the pipe through from one end to the other.  

The property was returned in the original state with proper drain access and clean outs.

Scope of work to install 4 inch main drain clean out access at foundation home. Exit a foundation. ran cable to drain sewer main due to back up.  After camera inspection, a damaged sewer was apparent 25 ft of cast iron sewer needed to be replaced due to damaged pipe.

Installed new clean out fitting replaced shifted joint causing clog. 

Work included all parts and labor. 

We also replaced 3 inch cast from under home to clean out to 4 inch ABS. Also replaced building sewer from clean out to 6 inch clay lateral. 

Team Rooter provided  25 year warranty.
