Team Rooter technician saw cut and jackhammered concrete walkway to excavate and expose clay main house drain. Clay drain was replaced with schedule 40 ABS plastic and approved fitting. Repair included cable snaking and concrete rough patch with a 5 year warranty on repair. Additional repair was done under stairs by tunneling at clean out to remove all clay with root damage.
