Special Services

Trenchless Sewer Line Repair

When discussing sewer line repair, clients usually envision the old-school methods that plumbers used to use, involving heavy dirt-moving equipment, a lawn torn up from one end to the other, and heavy piping laying all over their groomed backyard.

Trenchless repair eliminates all those nightmare images. Since it’s a minimally-invasive procedure, we can repair damaged pipes without all the excavation used in the past. Typically, this type of service is faster, cost-effective, less invasive, and guaranteed to last decades.

Pipe Lining

This environmentally-friendly way to fix existing sewer pipes (and other pipes, too) is quickly becoming the favorite way to improve existing piping. Not only does it save the consumer time and money, it just makes good sense.

We insert liquid, epoxy-resin Perma-liners into the existing pipes. Then, we’ll use air bladders and small entry points to cure the liquid liners in place along the existing pipe wall. When this liner cures, it completely coats the inside of the old piping, making a brand-new coating, and essentially forming a brand new pipe around the inside of the old one.

Trenchless Pipe Burst Method

If we have no other alternative, trenchless pipe bursting may be the best way to accomplish our goal. We affix a conical bursting head to a replacement pipeline and feed it through an entry hole to the broken sewer line.

The pointed head bursts the old, broken pipe. Using a pull rod or hydraulic power, the existing pipe is fractured and pushed from its original location while the brand-new replacement pipe, attached behind the conical head, is fed into place, filling the cavity left behind.

Underground Leak Detection

Our specialized leak detection equipment enables us to find the leak and pinpoint it to fix the problem. Our sensitive and accurate detection equipment takes the guesswork out of locating the problem, which allows us to repair your pipe as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Hydro-jetting

Before hydro-jetting, we will use our video inspection equipment to ensure your pipes are in good condition and are a candidate for this low-risk process. Then, we use high-pressure water to clean clogged pipes and drains. This system is so powerful that it can even clear tree roots. Since it’s chemical-free, this process doesn’t take long at all to produce fantastic results.

Tankless Water Heater Installation

Tankless water heaters are relatively new technologies that most new construction builds choose over the standard water heater. In a traditional water heater, water is pulled into the tank, stored, and heated until use.

With a tankless water heater, hot water is produced on demand. Water is pulled from its source, passed through heating coils, then flows, hot and ready, to your faucet.
