Team Rooter technician went out to install a clean out for future maintenance. Tech also performed a re-drain under the home and replaced two full restrooms, laundry, and kitchen drain lines. Tech replaced all horizontal pipes underneath the home. He had to break about 7 feet approximately of concrete replaced in front of the steps. Tech had to undermine in front of the steps and replaced the cast iron underneath. We did an inspection after to inspect going downstream. We also performed a trenchless pipe burst and had to pull permits for the job for the pipe burst sewer replacement. Work comes with 25 year warranty and includes all parts and labor.
