Sewer Line Replacement

Scope of work to replace all cast iron drains underneath the house. Technician was to excavate mainline and all secondary lines underneath the house to have access to remove all old cast iron pipe and replace it with new abs plastic pipe. This work included  2 full restrooms, kitchen, and laundry lines. All work came with  parts and labor with 25 year warranty.

Team Rooter also was to replace 4inch old clay pipe that leads out from the house to the property line in front of the house. To do so technician had  to perform two 4×4 spot repairs one hole was in front of home and second hole was located in the front yard. Technician also  replaced old clay pipe by using are trench less system and installing new plastic pipe.Once the second hole was exposed technician then inspected the 6 inch line leading to the street to determine if it needed to get replace. Technician also patched up asphalt with concrete and will match color to asphalt.  All work included parts and labor with 25 year warranty.

In addition Team Rooter performed the lining method to replace 6 inch clay pipe going towards the city lateral due to multiple root intrusions and breaks through out the line. The pipe was wart hogged to prep for lining. All work and parts included with a 25 year warranty as well.
