Team Rooter technician was to shoot a liner upstream up to the first connection. Technician excavated appx. 4ft to expose broken clay pipe and replace all new ABS. Then had to hydro-jet mainline going down stream and upstream to eliminate roots. Also technician had to perform a full redrain under home to replace broken cast iron. Technician also redid the 4-5 secondary lines. And aprox. 20ft of mainline of cast iron, and strapped new abs pipe. All parts and labor were included. All work came with 25 yr warranty.
Also technician performed a spot repair to laundry line to tie back in to new line, and excavate 4×6 to replace appx. 60ft inch clay pipe to polyethylene pipe. All parts and labor were included. 25 yr warranty.

Team Rooter performed a drainage replacement plumbing service by replacing the drainage system under the house. Our Technician relocated two toilets, two lavatory sinks, as well as, a shower. Furthermore, Team Rooter dug in the front yard approximately ten feet to run hot and cold water lines for the bathroom fixtures. The Drainage Replacement Plumbing Service included all parts and labor with a 25 year warranty.

Sewer Line Repair
Customer called Team Rooter due to root damage in sewer main line and a really bad sewer back up inside his bathroom. We arrived at the property and could not find access point to clear line. We needed to remove toilet to clear stoppage. After stoppage was cleared we put in a camera and inspected to find 3’ sewer main under concrete patio was severely root damaged. Customer decided he wants a permanent solution to resolve his problem. So our rooter specialist technician excavated 2 potholes and used pipe burst system to replace damaged sewer work. This job included all parts and labor with 25 year warranty.
Team Rooter performed a full home drain replacement for a customer in Buena Park, CA. Team Rooter technician replaced old cast iron pipes (horizontal) under the house, for toilet sink and shower. Technician also needed to open section of wall to reconnect toilet vent.
Drain pipe from foundation to property line were replaced, RV drain connection two way clean out 2 feet from building and another at the rear of the house. Job included parts, labor, permits, inspections and concrete patch. Gave 25 year warranty on all drains replaced.
