You receive itemized invoices, monthly statements, and detailed work orders for every job. We honor purchase order numbers and will work with your AP department directly.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for our property?
Yes — COI documents are standard for our commercial work. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance listing your property as additional insured, meeting the tenant insurance requirements most commercial leases require. COIs are filed with the property management contact before our first visit, and we keep them current.

Yes. We’ll schedule visits quarterly, semi-annually, or annually based on your property type and usage. Scheduled service prevents the after-hours emergency call, which protects both your operations and your maintenance budget.
What is your response time for commercial emergencies?
For commercial accounts in our service area, our typical emergency response is same-day, often within 1 to 2 hours of the call depending on time of day and location. We dispatch around the clock — nights, weekends, holidays. Accounts on retainer or with preventive maintenance contracts receive priority dispatch.

We don’t add after-hours surcharges to scheduled commercial maintenance — only true unscheduled emergencies are billed at emergency rates.
