Team Rooter technician went out to install a clean out access. Tech had to perform a spot repair under the dirt to reach pipe and install a two-way cleanout. Tech applied apoxy and resin sleeve leaving the property line to the streets main saddle. Balloon was used to pressure resin on pipes till resin heats up. Clay pipes are replaced by ABS plastics. 3 in 2 way clean outs were installed in front of the property for future maintenance. Tech tied the clean out that is already in the lawn for the kitchen line. All parts and labor included. 25 year warranty.
